The apartments are located in Elviria, Marbella, at only ten minutes away from Marbella city centre and twelve minutes from the luxururious marina of Puerto Banús with its finest restaurants and shops. The apartments have an excellent location at only 50 metres from one of the best beaches in Marbella.

The design of this charming resort reflects the style of a time-honoured Andalucian village. Spacious one, two and three bedroom apartments offer high quality, comfortable, family accommodation designed in a traditional style with a roomy lounge, sun terrace and well-equipped kitchen and bathroom.

A short stroll through the semi-tropical gardens dotted with pools, ponds, palm trees and waterfalls leads to one of the finest beaches in Marbella, next to the famous Nikki beach at the Don Carlos Hotel. For your enjoyment the gardens have several swimming pools, outdoor Jacuzzi and poolside bar & restaurant (seasonal).

Shopping centres, restaurants, taxis and buses and even the beach are within walking distance from the apartments. Clients can use the Don Carlos Hotel facilities at a small cost.

For the sports enthusiast, there are many excellent golf courses in the area Santa Maria is located in Elviria & there are several more nearby. There are a host of water sports on the Costa Del Sol's many magnificent beaches as well as the Mijas horse racing stadium which has recently opened. By car, the famous Puerto Banus, with its stylish Marina, restaurants and nightlife.

The spacious apartments consist of 1 double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There are two fully fitted bathrooms: one with bath and the other one with shower room.
The comfortable lounge has with two sofas, table and chairs seating for six. The lounge also has satellite TV, DVD, and stereo. The lounge leads to a terrace with table and chairs. The apartment has air-conditioning and heating.
The fully fitted kitchen has oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, tumble dryer, blender and toaster
There is one cleaning and change of linen and towels (beach towels are not provided) per week. Electricity consumption is not included in the price, to be paid locally.
The apartment also has parking.
