The apartments are located in the center of the Costa del Sol in Benalmadena Costa. Benalmadena is a popular resort well-known for its excellent beaches and many attractions, what makes an ideal place to enjoy your holiday.

These apartments are ideal for those seeking a based beach holidays with many amenities close by. The complex is only 250 metres from the beach and the promenade.

In a very nice walk along the promenade you can reach the famous “Puerto Marina”, (the Port) which has a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias and pubs. It also has a shopping centre and an aquarium.

If you want to enjoy the night visit the Torrequebrada Casino and its famous night club at only 900 metres from the apartment and at day you can play golf in the different golf courses around the area.

The complex has a reception open 24 hours. The facilities of the complex include: cafeteria, bar, gamesroom and children’s mini club. It also has a swimming pool and a children’s paddling pool with bar oasis, open during the summer months.

The complex has a restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner/buffet. You can also enjoy snacks at the snack-bar. There is a covered parking at an extra cost.

All apartments are furnished to high standards. Most of the apartments have sea views and it is completed air-conditioned and heated.

The apartment comprises a complete fitted kitchen with electric hob, microwave, fridge and all basic utensils. The lounge with a sofa bed, satellite TV and telephone.

The main bedroom has a double bed or two twin beds. It also has a complete bathroom with hair-dryer.

The cleaning and linen change take place in alternating days.

Benalmadena is located to the west of Malaga and Torremolinos, although due to the expansion of both Benalmadena Costa and Torremolinos there is little distinction in terms of distance between the two. Benalmadena's tourist explosion occurred later than Torremolinos' and it has managed to avoid some of the uglier large concrete developments of the 1970's. Make no mistake though: this is still the heart of tourist country with crowded beaches, an abundance of British bars and restaurants to cater for most tastes.
